Here is a video from YouTube which explains simply how to do your own self-muscle testing. You can use this to test if food or supplements are good for you; how much you should ingest, etc. I use the Power vs. Force Map from the book by Dr. David Hawkins (map can be viewed
here). I usually look for items to be above 650 on the scale. Also, if you are muscle testing and you find that you are getting wrong answers, it could be that you are not grounded, or your polarity is reversed. You can Google these terms to find the best method to ground yourself, or restore your polarity.
