FACTS ABOUT pH AND YOUR HEALTH
1. In order for your body to maintain good health it has to operate in an alkaline environment, here are some examples:
A. Your blood must maintain a pH of 7.3 to 7.365 to carry maximum
oxygen, 7.3 and under is called metabolic acidosis; you now have sick
blood, which creates sick cells, and cell functions and surpresses
immune functions.
B. Urine pH should be 7.0 to 7.2 for maximum health. Under 5.3 you
cannot assimilate vitamins or minerals, it must be above 6.4 for
maximum utilization.
2. When monitoring pH remember that each full number under 7.0 is 10
times more acidic than the one above it. Example: 6.0 is 10 times more
acidic than 7.0. 5.0 is 10 times more acidic than 6.0 and so on.
3. Most cancers thrive well in a pH of 4.5 to 5.0.
