It is recommended to not refrigerate Perfect Science Ayterion Agua formulas and to drink them at room temperature. Also, some believe that the water should not even be frozen.
Spring water should be consumed regularly throughout the day. The level of activity and body weight determine the amount of water a person needs to maintain proper hydration. Furthermore, people need to drink 8-8oz. servings of water per day, adding more for each hour of activity (Source: International Bottled Water Association). It is important to use spring water that has been bottled close to the source.
There are many different ways to use these formulas. You can use the water for tea, coffee and for cooking. You may blend it also with high quality juices.
Some have also tried and are very pleased with the effect of spraying it on the skin and washing the eyes with it, using an eye cup. Using a dropper and putting drops in the eyes seems to produce a different effect.
